FAQ

When will Made to Order items be shipped out?

Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time prior to shipment. Every made to order items come with tracking.

How long does shipping take?

All Parcel (clay art) orders are shipped with tracking from Perth, Western Australia via Sendle or Auspost.

All Letter Mail (art print, stickers) does not have tracking. 

Your patience is very much appreciated and I hope that your parcels arrive quickly and safely.

  • Deliveries within Australia: up to 5 - 14 business days.
  • Deliveries outside Australia: up to 2 - 6 weeks. 

If your letter mail has not arrived within 3 months, please contact me.

Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any import duties or custom charges upon the shipment arrival.

Any import duties and taxes charged must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs vary by country, we have no control over these charges. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

Do you accept refunds?

Please understand that all items are handmade and are unique in their own ways. Any flaws will always be noted in the listings with images. Please read all descriptions carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept refunds unless items arrive damaged.

Issues with Delivery

You may be eligible for compensation if your item was damaged on delivery. Please take a few photos right when you open the damaged package, as evidence is required for any compensation to be issued. Contact me at [email protected] with your order number and photo evidence.

Ordering with the wrong shipping address and missing attempted deliveries will result in items being returned to us. In such instances, compensations will NOT be issued as it is the customers’ responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Customers will be informed via email when we receive returned items. You will have a choice between receiving a refund for the items bought, or paying for a second delivery fee.

To avoid issues with delivery, please ensure a correct shipping address is provided and refer to your tracking number to avoid missing deliveries.

Shop updates are always announced on my Instragram page, so you can keep an eye out on my profile for any information on coming shop updates. Previews will be posted on the week leading up to a shop update.
